In the heart of Suwannee County, Raymond & Diane have built a legacy on hard work and dedication. Raymond Howard, a lifelong resident, has poured over 45 years into the septic industry. He started young, learning the trade under the watchful eye of his father, Calvin Howard, installing and pumping septic systems since he was just 14 years old.

In 1996, Raymond decided to carve out his own path. With his wife, Diane, by his side, they launched Raymond Howard's Septic LLC— known around here as "Raymond's Septic." What began as a small family venture has grown, fueled by their unwavering commitment to quality service and a genuine care for the community. For many years, Raymond and Diane ran the business on their own, but as it grew, their children stepped in to keep the family tradition. Together, they embody the hard-working spirit that defines our family and our roots in this community.
Randy Howard, their son, brings a wealth of knowledge in both septic systems and wastewater treatment. Growing up by his father's side, he learned the value of hard work and craftsmanship from an early age. After managing a water treatment facility for several years, Randy returned to the family business to oversee new installations and repairs, including drain field setups. His commitment to quality and family values ensures that every job is done right, reflecting the dedication that's been passed down through generations.
Courtnie, their daughter, who has been part of business since childhood. She grew up riding along with her daddy and helping her mama with administrative tasks. After spending time raising her three boys, she returned to the company as manager and administrative assistant, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
